When WAM’s own Robert Balcioni started at Western Allied Service Corporation, one of his first service accounts was 139 Townsend where he maintained a rooftop Air Handling Unit with its (2) 50 ton condensing units. Fast forward 20+ years to 2020, and WAM’s special projects group is performing a turnkey change out of the existing rooftop equipment with a custom Daikin AHU along with VRF Heat Pump units. Western Allied Mechanical is also installing a Tridium Niagara DDC system, which will definitely bring this building into the 21st century.
Another building maintained by WAM Service now going through a full building renovation. Mix owner direct equipment replacements (CT, Boiler, etc), a new Tridium Niagara DDC System, heat pump replacement, and a full tenant improvement, and you get a brand new HVAC system for WAM Service to take care of for another 20+ years. Talk about full-service HVAC contracting at its finest!
