Project Summary
Upside Foods is a food technology company aiming to grow sustainable meat. The building had unique challenges as this was a retrofitted lab within an occupied building. WAM worked closely with the general contractor and client to ensure the existing tenant’s daily activities weren’t interrupted. The new plumbing scope included a DI, N2, NG, and CDA distribution system. WAM also utilized our expertise to bring the building up to plumbing code. We added new fixtures and equipment to the lab spaces and assisted with much of the start-up.
