Project Summary

This project was a lab expansion TI for a biotechnology research company that is focused on developing life extension therapies that can halt or reverse the human aging process. The project included adding zones where the lab expanded into former office spaces to serve new lab spaces and adding a new VRF system for supplemental cooling of equipment heavy lab spaces.
