Jim leads the Operations Division through oversight of construction activities and the operational processes. He takes a comprehensive approach to operations from the beginning stages of execution and start-up to commissioning and stewardship of company resources throughout. Jim is passionate about supporting the next generation of HVAC professionals and serves as an active mentor and resource to the team to encourage building skills and improving process wherever possible

Just for Fun: Jim attended professional clown school in his youth, and currently competes in chili cook-offs. These two experiences blend surprisingly well.
