Multiple floors of TI work that involved full-floor demolition and installation of new HVAC systems with ALC controls. The project was multiple phases with each floor TI being ~20,000 SF. Class A office spaces buildouts included private offices, lounge areas, conference rooms, break rooms, training rooms, multi-purpose rooms, and an all-hands area.
