Project Summary
This project consisted of 150,000 sq ft LEED Silver design/build science hotel (warm shell) remodel & HVAC systems retrofit. It also included several TI projects consisting of Vivarium, Chemistry and Pharma Lab Suites. The list of TI’s include Revmed, Mantra Bio, Asher TI Vivarium, Samsung TI, DNA Script, Human Longevity, and Remegen.
