Our in-house Special Projects Group specializes in HVAC system modifications in occupied environments, with little to no impact on daily business operations. Our design/build approach to project management includes conceptual design, permitting, construction, startup and commissioning. Often serving as both the prime mechanical HVAC and general contractor, we handle the hiring and coordination of other designers and specialty contractors. We also facilitate owner training and project turnover to facilities personnel.
