THE CHILL OFF
Western Allied Mechanical provided technical assistance, engineering, and equipment for the recent Silicon Valley Leadership Group’s Data Center Pulse Chill Off.

A test bed was created to investigate thirteen technologies to support the development of the state of the art in cooling systems. This provides a controlled test environment for valid equal comparisons among the solutions, and the results are to be published in an important industry report.
Joining Western Allied Mechanical as contributors are Sun Microsystems, Liebert, Redwood City Electric, SynapSense, Norman S Wright, and other key members of the Bay Area Data Center industry.
